Course Curriculum

- The course is relevant to the industry standards of now and is updated accordingly.
- Classes are 4-5 days a week, with 2 or a maximum of 3 classes a day.
- The average number of students in class for the MSPS course is 7-8.

- I chose this university because I got good reviews from the alumni and got to know about the course through them also, this program is a good extension to my bachelor’s (B Pharm).

Faculty

- There are a lot of professors and very few students, so you get personal attention as a student. Professors are all PhDs with a few exceptions, but all have great experience working in the industry and have been teaching for decades.
- Mr. Paul Johnson is very well-versed in R&D and lab testing. He also gets to know students at a personal level and goes out of his way to support and help students. There are many more professors like this.
Campus Life

- The campus has a for-profit CDMO where students can work and gain experience before entering the job market. The campus has great lab facilities too, including animal facilities and labs with high end equipments like HPLC and GC, which students have hands-on experience with during the course.
- The library has access to many books and other facilities through its website, such as premium journal subscriptions and others. There are many sports around, like American football, soccer, softball, paddle, and baseball.
Part Time Jobs
- Part-time opportunities are available only on campus as an F1 student. There are a lot of opportunities working as a TA in labs or working as a Graduate Assistant (GA) with various offices in the university. You may also work in the cafeteria. All jobs pay a decent wage that can cover your rent and personal expenses.
Placement

- Alumni from our college have gotten jobs in posts as ‘Pharmaceutical Scientist’ in industry and have gotten promotions in as little as 5 months after starting the job.
- There are a lot of paid internships during the summer after the first year. Every graduate from this course has been able to get a job in less than 2 months after graduation.

- Accommodations are available close by to the university, which cost $500 a month for the rent, and utilities may go up to $150 a month.
