Required Exams for Admission
Course Curriculum
- The course is up to date with latest inclusions.
- No was not given industrial exposer.
- Depends on the courses that caandidates take typically two with one in the afternoon(11-1) and other in the evening(6-10). Additionally afternoon's are classess divided into two halves. So, if you choose afternoon then you have to be in class for two days a week.
- 33 number of students.
Admission Experience
- Well Diversed Curriculum covering most of the domains in cybersecurity.
- Reasonable fee for graduate students.
- The weather conditions resonate to India.
- GRE - above 300
- Toefl - I think 70
- My GRE score is 321.
Faculty
- Not so sure about the ratio. But every faculty has a phd.
- Hwee-Joo- Kam is one of the professors who supports the students very well in their professional development.
Campus Life
- There were different clubs ranging across various areas. Specifically for cybersecurity there are three clubs where students can learn hands on skills on things like red and blue teaming.
- For sports there were many volleyball and basketball courts.
Part Time Jobs
- Part times oncampus are limited because of the size of the university. But if you try vigorously then one can definitely find with a maximum of 20hrs per week for international students. I haven't seen the other aspects much like RA and TA.
Placement
- I am not particularly sure about the percentages. But this year has been a tough one with students waiting even for an year to land in a job. It's been the same in most of the states in USA.
Accommodation
- I lived off campus and found it through linkedin by reaching out to one of my senior's. I paid around 450 per month.
Exams
- GRE - exemption for candidates with more than 85% in bachelors, I guess.
- Toefl or IELTS or Doulingo
- SOP, three LOR's along with CV
Fees
- $2800 for 4 credits course.
