- Few factors: 1) It's reputation in computer science 2) Location 3) Return on investment
- NJIT has wide range of research opportunities and ranked best in New Jersey. It have been giving tough competition with top universities in Research and development. Also there is a makerspace where people can get to create creative things with 3D printing and manufacturing tools. This university has best in class services.
Dislikes
- There are not much to dislike as of now but one thing that could bother anyone who gonna join here could be fee structure. Sometimes it doesn't feel like this much of fee isn't worth for what we experience.
Required Exams for Admission
As of now it is going good except being paying 20k$ for tuition this semester.
Course Curriculum
As university student we get choice to choose the subjects which are limited to few subjects anyway.
Faculty
Dimitrios theodoratos is best faculty I am having right now, he's so much experienced in his field. He teaches theory in a practical way.
Campus Life
There will be lots of events that goes everyday. Students of different clubs organize events based on calendar.
Placement
Good only, not that bad. I saw many PhD students working under professors for their thesis and research. Also we have campus career fair that provides wide opportunity for real world battles.
Accommodation
I live in a private apartment near my university, and it is purely luxurious and costly. Not everyone can afford it.
Exams
My scores are: GRE 158 Verbal 168 Quant, IELTS: 7, undergrad cgpa:8.56. These are the requirements. Yes I have provided 3 LORs, resume, and an SOP. My LORs are from my undergrad professors and also CEO of my company. SOP included strong points why I am suitable for this program at their university. No, I didn't had any interviews.
