Wonderful due to college town. Enough to do, but not too many distractions. Sense of community. Lots of resources.
Course Curriculum
I worked in a research lab studying evolution and ecology of fruit flies as it pertains to population genetics using tools and techniques ranging from molecular and statistical genetics to population genomics to field ecology.
Faculty
1:15. Allan Bergland left an incredible impact due to his easy going personality and desire to help, no matter what.
Campus Life
Several clubs. Enjoy swimming and badminton, hospital research, makerlab, University Guide service, Multiple libraries, good wifi.
Placement
Not sure, as there are specific placement programs. All students are left on their own to apply, with Career Services help available, but must be sought out.
Accommodation
I pay $610/month + $100 for utilities
Exams
SAT 1500. Went to American school, so no further English competency testing. Graduated top of class. Had to submit all. Wrote about coming from impoverished family and having to learn/take care of family. No formal interview. Mostly essay based.
