The MSM program consists of 31 credit hours, with 19-21 of those hours parallel to the 40 hour MBA program. MSM program spans 18 months, with 12 credit hours being spent in a specific concentration, either Human Resources or Leadership. The MSM program does not have quantitative classes, with the exception of one basic economics course.
