Bachelor of Science [B.S] [Healthcare Management] From Springfield College

Introductory courses in the functional areas of business—including accounting, finance, management, and marketing—help build a solid foundation of business management knowledge, while many upper-level courses are specific to the health field. Students often build upon their classroom education by completing an internship in a health care business setting. 

Our graduates in have entered careers in a variety of health care settings, including hospitals, home health care agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and health facilities.

Careers and Internships

Given the projected demand for health care related positions, opportunities for health care management majors will only increase for years to come.  Our graduates have gone on to work in various health care settings, including hospitals, home health care agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and health facilities.  Most of our health care management students have gained valuable experience by participating in our internship program.

In a recent survey of our graduates, 100 percent of health care management students who responded said they were either employed or enrolled in graduate school.
