Messiah University has rolling admissions, meaning there is no deadline by which to apply. The application is free from approximately July 1, when it is made available, through Nov. 15.
- The business information systems (BIS) program at Messiah University focuses on helping ordinary people get the most out of their computers. BIS is the study and application of hardware, software, and communication technologies. Those studying BIS aim to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and value of organizational processes.
- As a student with a business information systems minor or concentration, the student will work with real-world businesses or client problems to design, build and refine a system to solve that challenge using data, technology, and knowledge of life cycle development and project management.
- BIS classes such as computer programming and systems analysis and design application prepare students for a variety of jobs in the computer science field. The BIS concentration at Messiah University is a concentration within the Computer and Information Science major.
