Individuals in HRM area are responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations and development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensations and benefits, as well as succession planning and government compliance.? While many of the traditional administrative functions of HRM have been automated and outsourced in recent years, the strategic impact of HRM has become increasingly important to organizational success
