Master of Science [M.S] [Leadership and Administration] From Boston College

The MS program builds the leaders the world needs by training graduates to lead change in diverse and complex environments. The curriculum emphasizes strategies to combat a disruptive world while emphasizing organizational and personal resilience. Students will focus on creativity, innovation, teamwork, and customer service through inclusive leadership practices that build others up.

Students will gain the critical skills needed to make ethical decisions through coursework focused on the ability to ask the right questions; analyze data and trends; gain self-awareness, interpersonal and communication skills; and strategies for managing continual change.
