Kingston University Pharmacy Programs
Kingston University’s Pharmacy course examines the science behind the preparation, supply and monitoring of medicines. Students will study law, ethics and clinical practice, the role of hospitals, community, GP practice, care homes and industrial pharmacists. Working alongside other future healthcare professionals, they will talk to patients about their conditions and treatment. Through case studies, they’ll learn how chemistry, pharmacology and pharmaceutics affect clinical practice. Their pharmacy department's new GP simulation suite and simulated hospital ward, with life-like manikins, will provide students with the most up-to-date teaching to equip them for their future role as a prescribing pharmacist.

- I choose Kingston University because the MSc program was compatible with my bachelor's degree. null
- Faculty are supportive and most of professors are very great in terms of teaching. Second thing which i like about University is infrastructure, whole University is well furnished and they have massive library and tons of academic and non-academic books are also available. University has very high speed WiFi also which is available for each and every student. There are so many computer available in the library and every student has access to use computer. Number of printer are there in library as well as in main building and cost for printing is also very cheap. There is a silent zone available in the library so, if someone want to study there they are free to welcome. If someone wants to do study in group with their friends then there is a option to book a room. Labs are massive with all current advance instruments. High standard equipment like IR,NMR and HPLC is also available. Finally, there is a free bus service provided by university from student residence hall and nearby station to Kingston University. null
Dislikes:
- First thing which i didn't like is my module which is not well structured. Most of the topics are all covered in bachelors degree so, very few things were new. Also for dissertation they gave us very short time to do lab work. I got around 2 months for doing my lab work which not sufficient to be honest. Second thing which I hate about University is that if someone need any help from professor then they need to write a mail to professor and wait for 2-3 days for their reply. So, in case of emergency it is very difficult to get quick reply from faculty. null
Overall, University is average in terms of academic and good in terms of faculty. Infrastructure is fantastic and University has number of facilities available which is free for every student.
