Course Curriculum

- It is more practical than theoretical
- You have a workshop every other week
- So you can perform & be ready to make your research reports
- The average number of students in my course is 150+
- Major diversity is indian students, other than Pakistani & Scottish, some US students also.
- Timings for classes are usually from morning to afternoon
- It will be held 5 days a week
Admission Experience
- If I recall correctly, my target was to get admission to this college only; I applied for it only.
- I had a great experience here.
- I am really enjoying my study time here.
- This is the best university in Glasgow City, Scotland.
- It took some time for the CAS to come, as I had applied much earlier; otherwise, the experience was very good.
- The main & foremost thing is that the practical training is very good.
- I really like the study modules' design. The admission process is: first, you have to submit your application. If they accept it or send you a conditional or unconditional letter, you have to meet the conditions & pay the first installment to book your admission & wait for CAS. After receiving CAS, you have to pay the next installment & apply for a visa.
- One more important information is university does not take interviews.
- I had a very smooth admission process.
- I applied for the September intake. It took me 4 to 5 months because I applied earlier, so I have to wait for my CAS
- Basically, if you submitted all your documents correctly & completed the process so you will receive the uncomfortable offer letter from the university; otherwise, they will send you a conditional offer letter in which you have to fulfill the conditions, if any.

- Here is no way to get a job from a reference or a personal relationship.
- A faculty member is the person who talks about everything & shares thoughts. They provide every essential information & opportunity for students
- Yes course & teaching approach is related to my future job.

- Strathclyde University has only one huge campus
- Facilities are available: line start union, Strath Sport, Strath Library, and medical rooms
- Here are many cultural events happening. You have to check the details on the Start Union app to get more information
- Here are many types of society if you want to get enrolled, so you can engage more and make some new network, connections & friends
Part Time Jobs
- The maximum hours are 20 per week
- But you can work full-time during your term holidays after getting approval from your department at your university
- It is very difficult to secure a campus part-time job, but if you are experienced in some fields so you can get one easily, I can say.
- The hourly wages in between 12£-14£ per hour, which also depends on the position of your job
- Many indian students prefer to do part-time work at a warehouse rather than a cafe or restaurant because they are paid less. It is difficult, but you have to apply every single time. If I can tell you my experience, it took me almost 2 months to get a job because you have to search for a job and at the same time you have to attend all sessions and do a job, so sometimes it is difficult.

- According to me and some data, approximately 70% get their dream job after completing a degree in college
- The salary range after post-graduate is near by 25000£ - 30000£
- Networking is one main thing you can do so you can land your job easily. I can so.
- So make good connections, attend campus events, so you get to know many things that will help you in your career & choosing the right job.
Accommodation
Off Campus

- You have to book your accommodation through the Amber app; it is a very reliable & trustworthy app.
- An agent is automatically connected with you.
- I am paying 10000£ for a year.
- I am living in Buchanan, view it is a 10-minute walk to my university.
- Do not give money to any agent to book your room or flat.
- You have to book only on trustworthy apps because of scams.
- You need to check the price every time because it changes very frequently
Exams
- There is no requirement for any exam if you have a medium of instruction
- It is a paper that you get from your college, which shows that your entire study has been done in the English medium.
- You need to fill out an LOR form & if you have any previous work experience, you can use that one; otherwise, you need to get it from your school or college & there is no interview taken by Strathclyde University
Fees
- My full-year course fee is 31,100£, depending on the choice of your course & degree.
- You can pay in little installments & I pay nearly 10000£ for private student accommodation, but you can choose to live in Strathclyde University accommodation.
- I am living in Buchanan View, Calgary St.
- No transport cost because it is a walking distance from my accommodation. Other expenses I have to pay for groceries
Scholarship
- Yes, I received a scholarship of 8000£
- It basically depends on the time frame when you apply.
- Like someone got only 5000£
- You have to check on official site of the university while applying for your application.
- There is no eligibility criterion for scholarships
- Everyone in my course got some scholarships, so it is important to check your course details wisely.
