  • I'm doing a PhD here. SO got a good exposure of research and also got to attend a lot of conferences and events for networking purposes. The timings completely depend on you according to your research work. (Generally, it's 8/9 am to 4/5 pm.)

Admission Experience

  • My overall experience regarding this university is quite good. I'm happy to come here to do a PhD and get to work in a very work-life balance environment, which makes my life quite easy.
  • They need an IELTS and ATAS certificate in the UK. My IELTS score was 7.

  • It's good. Dont know too much information since i'm a research student.

Campus Life

  • They have a bunch of clubs, events and extracurricular activities for students. and for science background or other subjects' background, they offer quite good research exposure and library facilities for students.
  • They have sports facilities too for students and have 3 campuses overall.

  • Don't know a lot about it.

  • Online platforms and university accommodation are good. Monthly rent depends on what type of room you choose.
  • For sharing apartments, it will cost you around 500 pounds per month. and they have everything, such as induction, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, hot and cold water, tv, games room, etc. Kindly check each accommodation online.

Exams

  • IELTS is required. For a PhD, they need Statement of Purpose, LOR, and CV and you need to clear the interview round.
