- BITS Pilani Dubai offers an ME in Electrical (with Specialization in Power Electronics and Drives) program for a duration of 2 years.
- It is a full-time course.
- This program has been duly approved for offering by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Government of Dubai.
- With a specialization in Power Electronics and Drives, the students will be well-versed in the operation, function, and interaction between various components and sub-systems used in power electronic converters, electric machines, and adjustable-speed drives.

Academic Eligibility:
- The student must have an xII class mark sheet with the affiliated board but no specific cutoff is mentioned.
- Applicants must hold a degree such as B.E. / B.Tech. in EEE, E&I, or ECE or its equivalent with a minimum 60% aggregate.
