Laval University offers more than 200 scholarships for incoming and current international students at all study levels. All incoming undergraduate and graduate international students at Laval University are offered an excellence scholarship worth 20,000 CAD for bachelor’s and master’s degree and 30,000 CAD for doctoral studies. A scholarship of worth 5,000 CAD is credited to eligible international students each semester through excellence scholarship. International students are also eligible for tuition fee exemption scholarships which allows them to pay the same tuition fees as Quebec students.

Apart from Laval University scholarships for incoming students, there are several scholarships available for current students through external fundings. These Institutional Scholarships offered to both undergraduate and graduate students. Applications for Institutional Scholarship are generally accepted at the end of September to early October every year.
