Eligibility Criteria
Nationality, freshman status and the right faculty decide eligibility. The exclusions inside those faculties catch careless applicants.
Core criteria
- Be a citizen of an Asian country other than Singapore, which covers India.
- Apply for admission to a full-time undergraduate degree at NUS.
- Choose Computing, Engineering or Science as the programme.
- Enter as a freshman, since transfer applicants are not eligible.
The exclusions are precise. Engineering excludes Infrastructure and Project Management. Science excludes Environmental Studies and Pharmacy. An otherwise perfect applicant in an excluded programme is simply outside the scheme.
