Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum was good it covered all the basics of each domain. But what I personally felt is that it was prettyb outdated , it needs a little improvement. Because they ask you some advanced stuff in industries which you need to explore by your own. there are exams almost every month so you need that grip on every subject throughout the year.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

so there was a company called Hi-Mak who wanted around 20 students as their interns from my department, they were reasdy to convert it to full time depending on the performance of the student. Moreover IIT Gandhinagar wanted 5 students as their interns for their ongoing projects.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements start from early 7th semester.Companies like MG motors,Air Products, Mahindra CIE, Josh Technologies came for placements. Many students opted for higher education so they didnt opt for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid (inr) 94000 as my annual fee, which covered all charges. However I had a batchmate who only paid 30000 as he belonged to SC category. The college offers need based scholarships for students whose family income is less than 6 lakh per annum.

Campus Life

4.5

In terms of Campus Life I would say its the best among the country. They host TechFest which is the annual technical event where you showcase your innovative projects. They also host Dhoom which is their annual cultural event. morever in between they host many small departmentwise events which for sure promote networking amomg students and faculty

Admission

I chose this college because there were many limited options for mechatronics engineering in gujarat. I did not apply to any other colleges because i was sure this is by far the best college in gujarat for my course because of the good infrastructure and exposure. If you belong to Gujarat state you will get admission based on your GUJCET score and 12th Score for the students of other states marks of JEE and !2th are considered

Faculty

4

So i belonged to mechatronics engineering where we studied combination of three branches which was computer science, mechanical and electronics.the syllabus was quite difficult since you basically studying different domains but the faculty where good at teaching and they provided clear instructions and guidance in order to prepare for exams so it was easy to clear the exams. Moreover the HOD is quite disciplined when it comes to studying so you maintain that grip.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did write the course curriculum and Indus university as good and relevant. Overall I chose this course because it has strong fundamentals project work and practical exposure. The curriculum prepares students well for real-world applications and internships, Though it could include more advanced tech technologies and industry certifications exams are regular, each semester and moderate, challenging, encouraging consistent study, but sometimes could be more practical oriented.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and covers all the basic and important subjects related to the field. This course includes both theoretical and practical subjects which influenced my decision to choose it. The syllabus helps in building strong fundamentals, but it is still more theory-oriented and less industry-focused. It prepares students for exams and higher studies, but for real-world skills, students need to do extra courses and self-practice. The exams are conducted every semester along with internal tests and are moderate in difficulty level. If a student studies regularly, the exams are not very difficult to clear. The curriculum should be updated more frequently and more practical, project-based and industry-related topics should be added.
