Course Curriculum Overview
I did choose this course because I want to career in the field of Accounts and finance. There is good faculty: student ratio. There are sufficient no of faculties in college. There are seperate expert faculties for each and every subject. All faculties are educated with masters or PhD with their knowledge in subject which they used to though. Every faculties teaching method is interesting, unique and different. Term exams were always conducted from time to time. There was no delay in exams. The exam was pretty difficult to pass but not much difficult. Because in every exam there have questions regarding practical as well as theoretical aspects of the subject. So quite difficult to pass exams.
Internships Opportunities
All internships are in the nature of Accounts and finance. Such internships are provided by financial institutions. with a minimum stipend of Rs. 5000/- pm Projects includes Day to day accounting, bank reconciliation, various ledger postings, making balance sheet , trial balance, At my time there was no internship provided by the college.
Placement Experience
In the third year, students are eligible for jobs. Some campus placements were organised. Name of the companies:- Bajaj Finance, Shriram finance, other private banks etc. No of offers approx 20-25 Highest package is 200000 and average package is 150000. 30 to 40 % of students get placement. My plan after getting my degree is to do a Chartered Accountant course.
Fees and Financial Aid
In this college, all courses are affordable in price. There are small changes in fees, not much fess hike. The cost to study is approximately 6000-7000 per year. Names of scholarships:- a) Central sector scholarship for 3 years. b) chatrapati shahu maharaj shishyavrutti yojna. Also, there are many scholarships for different cast students. Also, there is financial assistance to poor students through the Kamava v shika yojana. Fees concession to SC, ST, NT, OBC, and VJNT students. There is also free concession available to general category students through the EBC scholarship. there had campus placement by some financial institutions like Bajaj finserve, shriram finance with starting salary of Rs.150000/- package.
Campus Life
Our college's annual festival was conducted every year. This annual fest was very interesting and full of fun. Various games and contests were conducted in this festival also dancing, singing, and fishpond. Various competitions also organise at this festival in our college. This annual festival is organised in the feb-march month every year. There is an equipped library available in this college, in this library, there are various types of books, journals and newspapers available. All courses syllabus books, katha, kadambary, various useful books for different competitive exams, etc. Amenities in classrooms were available like big-size whiteboards for writing, lights, fans, big-size benches, water etc. There are various sports and extracurricular activities conducted on college campuses like cricket tournaments, football volleyball matches, yoga, rokhmallkhamb, badminton, etc. There was always organised extracurricular activities like Dancing singing competition, elocutio
Admission
Eligibility for the course is simply passing the 12th examination with more than 70%. The admission process is on the basis of the merit list provided by the college on the basis of the 12th percentile. There is not any entrance exam for admission. The cut-off is 70% to 75%. The application form is available in college you have to visit the college for an application form. Application fees are average of Rs.3000/- per year for general category students. Application dates are approximately mid of June.
