   • Pay the required down payment of PHP 6,500 (9,611 INR) at partner banks.

Graduate Admission Requirements:

• Accomplished Graduate Programs Application Form.

• Accomplished Reference Form.
• A Thesis/Dissertation Concept (Essay).
• Official Transcript of Records.
• Proof of payment for the tuition down payment from the SU Business and Finance Office.
• One recent passport-size picture with a white background (name written on the back).
• Medical Certificate issued by the University Clinic after submission of:
  • Completed Medical History Form and Physician’s Report (signed by a licensed physician).
  • Test results (from an accredited clinic):
    • Chest X-ray
    • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
    • Urinalysis
    • Dental Examination

Silliman University Doctor of Medicine Admissions

• Educational Background: Applicants must hold any baccalaureate degree with a General Weighted Average Grade (GWAG) of at least 85% or its equivalent.

• NMAT Score:

  • A National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) percentile rank of 60 or above is mandatory.

  • The NMAT score must be valid within 2) years from the date of the application.
