A simple and quick review

I did select the university mainly because of the standard and ranking. I was hoping for the scholarship and only applied to this university. My application preparation for this took more than 6 months. I wanted to further study data science and hence I chose data science related M.Sc. University was pretty good as I got a review from my family member who studied here before. The overall experience was very nice. The masters program is for people who are interested in understanding why. I would say it again why? why this answer? why it failed? These are the question that you focus always in your masters program. For example lets say you want to plot a graph during your course. The professors mainly will focus on what graph you plot and why? what does it show. The focus of which tool you used is mostly irrelevant. So remember to keep this in mind when you go for a masters in universities in Netherland.

The courses are very updated. Mostly SOTA. Materials to study will be researchers papers which are published like 1 or 2 years ago or the books which professors are writing at the moment (students will be basically reviewing these works which are not yet published).

IELTS 6.5 and CGPA 8.0 are the only requirements. Selection is based on other factors like resume, cover letter and letter of recommendation. Nitte University, Bangalore, B.Tech CSE, 8.91 12th: 78% 10th: CGPA-10 - 1-2 LOR, CV, Motivation letter- Very important. The stories in each of the above should match. I mainly used my one year of work experience to strong arm by admission. - Interview Round: There will be a simple personality test which cannot be prepared early and it will take time to do the test. I recommend taking screenshot of all the answers so that you can refer to them later.

The placements is mainly upto you. You need to reach out by yourself to get jobs there. Learning Dutch by yourself and getting certificate during your masters will give you an upper hand always.

I interned at NXP Semiconductors with a stipend of Euro 540 a month. There is a stipend of minimum 400 almost in all companies in Netherlands (Not a law, but seen with almost all friends and colleagues)

One year tution fee is now Euro 18000 and living expense will be around Euro 10000.

I got a fully funded ALSP scholarship worth around Euro 17000 each year and Holland scholarship worth Euro 5000 each year. Your application is automatically applied for a scholarship if you finish the application before may 1st. The dates can be different now, it is well mentioned when you create a user profile to apply for the university.

The professors are very friendly. They will be always ready to help you if you reachout to them. Each course will have mentors or teaching assistant. You can always reach out to them to get help or advice. There will be no shortage to get help in the university but you just need to reach out. There are also mentors for study, to help you course wise and program wise.

They have almost all kind of extracurricular activities and top of the line infrastructure and labs.

The accommodation is basically upto you. Shared or individual will cost you the same almost. As if you are in the age between 23 and 30 you get approx 300 Euro living support if you live in a studio. The amount varies based on basic rent and etc. You also need to confirm with the house owner if the place you are renting is eligible for this benefit.
