- This programme is suitable for those wishing to prepare for a career as an estate agent, property manager or property valuer. Students will gain an understanding of the legal, economic and physical framework within which the property market functions.
- Estate agents and auctioneers are involved in the sale, letting, management and valuation of residential and commercial buildings. The programme will provide the academic knowledge and vocational skills students need to function effectively in the built environment workplace.
- The modules cover selling, leasing, valuing and managing property. The programme will also develop the analytical skills that need to understand financial areas that affect the job of an estate agent, property valuer and property manager.
- To provide property services in the areas of sales, letting or property management, it is a legal requirement to obtain a licence from the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA). Graduates of this programme are eligible to apply for this licence.
