For 2027–28, selected full-time business and computing postgraduate programmes cost EUR 24,600 (INR 26.19 Lakhs) to EUR 37,300 (INR 39.71 Lakhs). Trinity deposits vary by course. Business MSc applicants normally pay EUR 500 (INR 53,230) within 21 days of an offer; unconditional full-time MBA offer holders pay a EUR 1,500 (INR 1.60 Lakhs) acceptance deposit. Both count towards tuition and are normally non-refundable. Business MSc applicants who fail to meet an offer condition may request a refund assessment.
The MBA permits full payment in September or two instalments in September and January. Other courses should follow their own offer and invoice rather than adopting the Business MSc schedule. Irish Immigration advises allowing approximately eight weeks after receipt for a study-visa decision, with timing dependent on the application. Leave time for financial documents and any additional requests before the course begins.
The visa financial-evidence requirement is separate from a fee. Applicants must show access to at least EUR 10,000 (INR 10.65 Lakhs) for one academic year's living costs, in addition to course fees, and demonstrate access for subsequent years where applicable. This minimum is below Trinity's Dublin living estimates.
For a Business MSc application, the known pre-arrival partial subtotal is EUR 6,115 (INR 6.51 Lakhs): one application, the standard minimum tuition payment for the visa and one single-entry visa fee. The acceptance deposit is included within the tuition payment. This excludes insurance, flights, accommodation advances, submission and bank charges, and any higher tuition amount Trinity requires before arrival.

For September 2027, compare Trinity College Dublin’s total study budget with the funds available to your family. For the Business MSc, the deposit helps secure your place, but if tuition exceeds EUR 6,000 (INR 6.39 Lakhs), Trinity states that at least EUR 6,000 must be paid before applying for an Irish study visa. You must also show access to EUR 10,000 for living expenses per academic year, along with funds for remaining tuition, accommodation and other costs.
Ques. How much is one year at Trinity College Dublin in Indian rupees?
Ans. For the one-year MSc in Management, the calculated first-year budget is INR 48.72 Lakhs to INR 55.11 Lakhs. It includes tuition, Trinity's estimated annual living costs, one course application and a single-entry visa. Student levies, transaction and submission charges, and course-specific fieldwork expenses are additional.
Ques. What are Trinity College Dublin computer science fees?
Ans. For 2027/28, the MSc Computer Science specialisations in Data Science and Intelligent Systems each cost EUR 28,760 (INR 30.62 Lakhs) for one year. Undergraduate Computer Science tuition is EUR 30,450 (INR 32.42 Lakhs) annually for the four-year bachelor route. Living expenses and student levies are additional.
Ques. Does the Business MSc acceptance deposit meet the Irish study-visa payment requirement?
Ans. No. The EUR 500 (INR 53,230) acceptance deposit is a tuition credit. For these courses, the standard visa rule requires at least EUR 6,000 (INR 6.39 Lakhs) paid towards tuition before applying; Trinity can require a higher amount.
Ques. Can computer science or business applicants assume a Global Excellence scholarship?
Ans. No. The published 2026/27 postgraduate Global Excellence terms exclude Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Computer Science and Statistics. The 2027 terms are pending; a previous award amount is not a funding commitment for the next intake.
Ques. Can part-time work cover tuition and living expenses in Dublin?
Ans. Future earnings should not be treated as committed funding. Eligible students with Stamp 2 permission may work up to 20 hours a week during term and 40 during designated holiday periods. Irish visa financial evidence cannot rely on casual employment, and a work-hours limit does not guarantee a job or earnings.
Ques. Is accommodation guaranteed for international students at Trinity?
Ans. No. First-year non-EU full-degree undergraduates receive priority if they meet the housing deadline, but priority is not a guarantee. Most postgraduates rent privately. A housing offer should be assessed by its contract length, payment dates and included bills.
