Course Curriculum

- It is updated by the professors as they research and hence update the syllabus as well
- Industry days and visits are organized all year
- No classes for phd students; some lectures (50-60 hrs) one has to attend in a span of 3-4 years

- I came to the uni for the master's programme and stayed for my PhD, as i liked the place and the professor a lot.
- Does not require such scores. Only a good CV for the PHD program at least

- I worked with Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Schumann and he had a great impact on me. All professors are very friendly and helpful.
Campus Life

- The Campus is full of clubs and extracurricular activities. There is an auditorium where regular events are happening. Look at the RUB website for updates.
Part Time Jobs
- Part-time jobs are very common with a 12-14 euro per hour salary.

- I have not found one. But the university is not directly helping in that.

- Have to apply online but can also talk to the welcome center and get the link to the online form Monthly rent ranges from 280 to 500 Euros.
Exams
- Statement of Purpose, CV, basic German understanding
Fees
- All education in Germany is free. You just have to pay the social contribution fees that include the travel card (360 euros per semester)
