- Develop the ability to share environmental education to the public with the Certificate in Education and the Environment. Teach other strategies for living a life that's more sustainable. Educate children and adults alike about the importance of our environment and how to protect it. Learn new strategies for presenting environmental material to the public in a skilled and creative manner.
- Students who complete this certificate will further develop their ability to work as community engagement coordinators for local municipalities, conservation program liaisons, water/waste management reduction officers, park interpreters, natural resource officers, and more.
