- The syllabus is up to date and aligns with current industry requirements to a good extent. Usually 2-3 classes a day. Students have a lot of flexibility for classes as they offer morning, afternoon, and evening classes.

- Better tuition rates for international students. Comparatively cheaper than U of A, U of C, Macewan, etc

- Amazing faculty. Diverse and very professional. The average class size is around 25–40 students, which allows for decent interaction with faculty.

- Excellent. All sorts of campus, clubs, events, and extracurricular activities, as well as the research facilities, libraries, sports facilities, etc.

- Part-time opportunities are available in various industries on campus, but they are very limited. Many people apply for these in-campus positions, and it can be challenging to secure a spot.
