Its available easily, in fact college leads a program for the same. I live in a sharing however the average rent cost is from 400-500$ in the are.
Exams
IELTS score of not less than 6.5, Must be a graduate, not available for high school students. Yes I have added SOP. And you require to submit the Resume mentioning your experience. Also I submitted the experience certificate from my last organization.

Scholarship
We have got 500$ off for paying fee @one sum. I haven't but the college provides 2000$ scholarship for the returning students.
