An Enriching Journey: My University Experience

My overall experience at college/university has been incredibly enjoyable. It's been a time of personal growth, learning, and building lasting friendships. The fun experiences, from making new friends to exploring various aspects of academia and campus life, have enriched my journey and made it memorable.

Yes, we had a co-op too for one month. Regarding the course curriculum and relevance, I found that the core HRM courses provided a solid foundation in the field. They covered essential topics such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy. However, I would appreciate more frequent updates to the curriculum to ensure it stays aligned with the rapidly changing HR landscape. HR is a field that continually evolves due to factors like technological advancements and shifts in workforce demographics, so a curriculum that reflects these changes would be beneficial.

The faculty at our institution is highly esteemed, known for their expertise and practical knowledge. They maintain a commendable faculty-to-student ratio, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
