- I got to know about this university in QS rank website and when I searched about it. I really liked their course and their co-op program.
- I was interested in manufacturing engineering course and only a few universities provide this course, McMaster was one of them. Co-op program at McMaster University is one of the best. The university encourages everyone to get a co-op and allows us to do for an year.

Required Exams for Admission
My overall experience with the university is going really good. The professors are great, they teach really good and they are really helpful. They literally solve all your problems related the course. Friends as well. Folks are good too. We have so many labs and everything which makes it very easy to understand each concept.
Course Curriculum
It’s really good. The course is based on industry ready. We have a lot of events every week which really helps in planning the career and to excel too.
Faculty
All the professors that I met till now are great. They are very friendly, they are just one email away from you. They are really helpful. You don’t have to take multiple permissions to get into lab during the off hours to get into the lab, if your professors allows it. You can do anything in the lab. They have the ability to teach so fast yet so convenient. They make the course really easy which makes you mentally strong that you can understand it.
Campus Life
I came here this winter and I haven’t explored much yet due to snow. But I have heard the extra curricular activities are really great. They encourage you to explore everything.
Placement
There are very few research opportunities for graduate students but there are still a lot of projects which can be done by graduate students.
Accommodation
It’s really costly. Affording a room here is next to impossible if you are not working. I pay 700$ for my private room. I still have to share the kitchen and washroom with 2 others.
Exams
IELTS - 7.0 CGPA - 8.69 I had 5 major projects in my B.tech and 2 patent application. McMaster has their interview, Kira interview. Include all your projects and your future scope in the sop and cv. Explain how you can relate to this course and they should know that you are a perfect candidate. Kira interview is an online interview. A question pops up on the screen and you will have 45 seconds to think about it and then 1.5 minutes to answer it.
