The pathway to becoming a red seal chef includes the first step of training to be a Cook in a recognized Cook Trade program such as the Culinary Arts or Hotel & Restaurant Management programs at Cypress College. Graduates who apprentice in Industry and develop and prove their skills can earn their Red Seal Chef designation.
