- The one year Human Resources Certificate program provides Students with practical skills and knowledge to work in the exciting field of Human Resources.
- The program's focus aligns human resources practices with organizational strategies.
- Learners acquire understanding of human resources management practices and trends in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, learning and development, change management, occupational health and safety, labour relations and employment law.
- A standard course load is five courses per term. Students can maintain full time status with at least three courses.
- Taking less than five courses per term will take longer to complete the program.
- All courses are available in-class and online.
