- My end goal was to get a job in my sector with a proper degree which aligned with my undergraduate degree and my experience in it. Bond University's CDC department is a very key tool for me to apply in the university.
- The whole course Dual master's in construction practice and project management opens up a lot of opportunities and the course is very well structured.
Dislikes
- The only issue I felt was the whole structure of trimester, which makes it a fast paced university. For people seeking to manage their own expenses, they need to have some serious time management to manage studies, part time job and internships.
Bond university is a great university to study with an excellent range of connections to firms across Queensland. It is located right next to Lake Orr, and 6 mins drive away from Miami Beach. The whole university has a positive percentage of international students which gives a very good cultural knowledge.
Course Curriculum
The course is very well structured and a lot of industrial exposure is provided on the basis of software used in the industry. A lot of professionals also give us guest lectures where they give insights about the industry.
Exams
There was not much of a requirement for Bond University. It was pretty much generic. My score: IELTS 7.5. In all the section you should have a minimum of 6 band. There was an interview conducted by Bond and prior to it, I had also submitted SOP. I had one round of interview which was general and related to my SOP.
Placement
Many big firms of Queensland used to visit my University Job fair, where we could talk to a representative one on one about the necessary skills set required to join the firm.
Internship
I had completed two internships in the span of my coursework. The interviews of the internship was set up by my university.
Fees
I had six semesters for my course work, in which semester was around 16000 Australian dollars. Rent is collected weekly or fortnightly. Bills are not a lot if staying at sharing place.
Faculty
15 students to 1 professor. The professors are really very genuine and have a great knowledge of their subject. I got a lot of help from my professors during the semester I used to do internships, which was very positive of them.
Campus Life
There are a lot of events happening on a weekly basis and there a tons of clubs formed were you can find the activity you like and be part of it. The whole campus has WiFi access. There is a 24*7 multi modal learning center where you can use the university tech and complete assignments.

Good options of rental is available. The average rental near the university on lease is 300 - 350 including bills and without lease is 160 - 250 including bills.
