Yes I did submit my SoP, LoRs and CV. Key points I mentioned in SOP was my intended research topic. In my CV, I highlighted my academic success and my work experiences. Yes, I had one round of Technical interview with the professor under whom I wanted to work. He wanted to check my abilites in coding and my understanding of the research topic. We also discussed a paper together. I chose this university because it offers a good computer science program with chances for placement in the top companies. My overall experience at UAH has been great. Both academically and research wise, I have been learning new things everyday and having fun while doing that. This feels like an actual university experience which I didnt get to feel back home.
Course Curriculum
The courses are very updated and relevant in todays age. Yes I am currently working on research in High Performance Computing Field.

Lots of companies like Lockheed Martin, Google, Boeing visited the carreer fair at this university. Overall I would say there are plenty of placement opportunities.

No, This is just my 2nd semester so I havent had a chance to apply for internship. Plus, I am also working as a Research Assistant.

Yes, I got a scolarship in the form of Graduate Assistantship which is worth 30000$/year. There was no application process. I just emailed some professors.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is pretty good. Its about 20:1 which is good for a university of this size. They are very well versed and approachable. One impactful professor is Dr. Zhang who taught us Algorithms topic.
Campus Life
The college life is awesome. There are several research labs, Wifi everywhere, library is pretty stacked with useful books, and there are events happening all year round for students.
Hostel
I live off campus, which is about 20-minute walk from campus. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 other roommates. Most graduate students live off campus because its cheaper and not that far from campus.
