WU Foundation Global 52 Scholarship
WU Foundation Global Scholarship is designed to facilitate young people to complete their post-secondary education. It is financial aid using which, students can satiate the need for their educational financial expenses.
- Applicants within the age bracket of 16 to 20 years, must submit the WU Foundation Scholarship application.
- Selections are based on perseverance, aspiration, and community-mindedness.
- Recipients will receive 2500 USD each, contributing towards tuition or school fee at an accredited institution.
WU Foundation Global Scholarship is applicable for students wanting to pursue UG degree programs at the universities in Australia, UK, the US, etc.

Eligibility Criteria
For the procurement of the scholarship, students need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Beginning a UG program in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Business/Entrepreneurship.
- Between 10 to 26 years of age on June 1, 2023.
- Letter of Recommendation from a teacher or professor
- In the case of unavailability, a recommendation from a community group, volunteer position is accepted.
- Proof of Admission to an accredited post-secondary institute.

Note: Immediate family members of WU or agents of controlling officers or any non-profit entities are NOT eligible to participate in the scholarship.
Application Process
To finish the application process for the WU Foundation Global Scholarship, students need to follow the given steps:
- Open official scholarship page
- The registration page will be opened where students need to answer some general questions
- Press on first-time use button and register with a valid email address
- Once the application form is complete, then upload it with necessary documents
- Press the “save and proceed” button after uploading is done.

- Latest academic mark-sheets
- Admission letter or proof of admission (if applicable)
- Recommendation letter from a teacher or professor or supervisor
Note: Students must provide English translation of academic transcripts if available in any other language.

Students will be shortlisted for WU Global Scholarship on the basis of given factors analyzed from the online profile and documents submitted by the learner. The factors are:

Grant Details
Western Union Foundation Global Scholarship is a one-time scholarship program, applicable for students of all countries. Western Union Global Scholarship is applicable for students wanting to pursue UG degree programs at the universities in the UK, US, Australia, etc.
The scholarship program is designed for only full-time UG programs. Specialized programs like (study abroad/ standalone language acquisition course/ service learning) are not allowed to file for the scholarship.
In order to successfully attain scholarship, it is mandatory for the learner to meet the specific English Language Requirements.
Additional Information
Recipients must note that the scholarships awarded can’t be defaulted to fund the expenses of the next academic session.
