Likes
- The university was affordable and the subject I wanted to do, had a good review and good course structure.
- The career guidelines and support they provide is second to none. The course content and engagement within the classroom with instructor and participants is comparable to the industry level.
Dislikes
- Probably, they only focus those students who are active, but they need to do some effort in bringing higher participation of students in career growth. Also, their grading is only based on assessments, I think it will be better if there was examination as well.
Overall, experience was good. There are plenty of opportunities post graduating and faculties within helped me to get an internship as well while studying. Therefore, overall experience was good.
Course Curriculum
The course content are updated and relevant to the current business demands. Industrial exposure was not given, however a project in a real world industry was immensely helpful.
Exams
Minimum IELTS score of 6; Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant IT subject. I did PTE and score 67, helped me undergo the degree. No CV or any other document required. Only academic transcript is required from Bachelors Degree.
Placement
Not many opportunities comes through university but they have a website called career connect where we can find internships and other jobs.
Internship
Yes, I have interned in Virloop Pty Ltd. I first applied through career connect then they invited me for interview and helped me to achieve internships.
Fees
Yearly 32000 AUD.
Scholarship
Yes, scholarship was based in PTE result, each band 65 helped to get 25% off the normal tuition fees.
Faculty
The faculty and student ration is about 1:15. They are approachable and can be available through team and emails. Dr. Hitesh Gupta is incredible and helped me to achieve success within the course.
Campus Life
There are plenty of extra curricular activities to participate within the campus. Library in Adelaide campus in not big but you can find books related with course with ease.
Hostel
There are no accommodation within the university but their international student ambassador will help their students to achieve a hostel or living arrangement in Uni accommodation house.
