The curriculum is well-designed for Preparing students for real world applications. The blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises ensures that students are not only familiar with data analysis concepts but also capable of applying them in professional scenarios. The teaching methods are generally effective with a mix of lectures, readings, and practical assignments.

I have not opted for campus placement so I do not have an idea. One can register on UMS for campus placement and discuss it with their respective placement coordinators. I plan to get an R&D job in a pharmaceutical or cosmetic company.

I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:
I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-
The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.
Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.
This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.
Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:
