- I liked the Exposure that college offers to the students.
- I also kind of adore some of the professer.

- I hate hate hate the College politics their.
- The infrastructure was not so good, It was awful.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Year wise fees was 14000. apart from this practicals, freshers, examination fee, farewell, society program fee also was given by us. I was a genral student and that's why I didn't got any scholarship.
Likes
- The first thing that comes to your mind when you heard of Delhi University is obviously the North Campus....and believe me North Campus stands at its reputation....it has a vibrant campus life... often you'll find sports,drama,nukkad natak.
- The roadside stalls near the colleges in North Campus steals the show...the are full of spicy foods and the shops nearby is very accessible if you stay near college
Dislikes
- Nothing much but politics and if this thing is shorted out college will shine
- Caste based politics is present in some of the colleges though not very prevalent
Fees and Financial Aid:
Delhi University is itself a brand....and reality is it stands at its reputation...I spent good chunk of years their....that too during covid...the university took a great care of us during covid also...and coming to the point of teachers,they all are very experienced and highly supportive that you can't get anywhere else easily.... Thank God if you've got DU and pray God if you haven't...

- The first I like my college is the sitting area its surrounded by so many students but its still peaceful
- I like gurudwara of my college. Its so good.

- I dislike the infrastructure of my college
- I dislike the faculty appointing system in my college
Fees and Financial Aid:
I take admission in 1st year Bachelor's of science. The fees I paid is 29,700 for a year. I didn't got any type of scholarship. In my college there is no sc st reservation. The reservation which our college hold is of sikh minority. There are some scholarship which are for the students who scored good marks in 12th and are from poor family. My college holds the highest fees in the north campus. Although its a very good college and I like it very much.
Likes
- The campus is soothing . There is a lot of space in campus where you can just sit quietly and relax.
- The college sports ground is pretty huge and it provides all sports facilities such volleyball , basketball, badminton , cricket , football.
Dislikes
- The election time is a very bad time as there is a lot of nuisance in college campus and because of elections students are not able to study.
- There are no air conditioned classrooms in college which is a big demerit during summers.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The yearwise fees that I paid for my course i.e. B.Sc. Physical Sciences with Electronics is Rs.16613 . I belong to General category so I did not receive any concession. I am currently in first year so the amount that I mentioned earlier is the fees for first year of my course and it is the same for all students belonging to SC,ST,OBC,EWS,CW . For PwD students the fees for this course is Rs.125 . In second year the fees that I will ne paying will be Rs.15758 and this is the fees that all students belonging to General , OBC , EWS , SC , ST , CW category will have to pay. The fees will be Rs.120 for PwD students for second year. For third year also the fees will be same i.e. Rs.15758 for all categories except PwD . For PwD the fees will be again Rs.120 . So this is the fee structure for the course B.Sc. Physical Sciences with Electronics. And this is the one time fees that we have to pay each year so it consists all lab charges , caution charges , registration charges , development charges , admission charges. All my coursemates pay the same fees as me as there is no one in my class belonging to PwD category. The scholarship is based on annual income . If annual family income is less than 600000 the student will receive 25% scholarship , if annual family income is less than 400000 the student will receive 50% scholarship , if annual income is less than 200000 the student will receive 75% scholarship , if annual family income is less than 100000 the student will receive 100% scholarship.

- Faculty is good and helpful and they are also friendly and helpful and highly knowledgeable and experienced.
- Events and fests takes place more often and also crowded and playful.
Dislikes
- Campus area is small and not enough space for study and other extra curricular activities.
- Canteen feels suffocating sometimes as it doesn't have ac facility and small area in canteen
Fees and Financial Aid:
For the course of bsc physical science with chemistry course includes tution fees lab fees etc is 26000 and that doesn't includes examination fees and any other compulsory charges during the course . Registration fees is 500-1000 before the course during the registration process.

- College infrastructure is very good . And it has biggest building with 5 floors and there is also various sports facilities.
- There is many society in our college . More than 50 plus society in college
Dislikes
- There is a small canteen in our college and no proper available or sitting chairs
- There is no ac in class room so in summer we feel very hot in class room
Fees and Financial Aid:
The one year fees of my course physical science with chemistry is 16000. Which includes tution, admission, lab fees and all other fees And for PWD candidate fees is 125. And there is NSP scholarship provide by college for all students and it is based on your financial condition.

- I liked greenery and cleanliness maintained in the college. Our college is completely neat and clean and have lots of tress, planes and grounds.
- I liked the behaviour of the seniors towards freshers. Everyone in the college is helpful and kind. Yes you'll find every type of people every where but, our college is really safe and secured.
Dislikes
- I disliked the high fees of our college. For the same facilities, north campus colleges fees is very less than compared to our Shyam Lal College.
- I disliked the speed of teaching of some teachers. There are few teachers who just teach to complete their syllabus in less time and don't clear much doubts of the students.
Fees and Financial Aid:
For my course B.Sc Physical Science with Chemistry, first year fee is ? 26,700 and for second and third year, fee is ? 25,700. Fee is same for every category student. These fees contains all the extra charges like lab fees, admission fees, tuition fees etc. Yes, our college provides fee concession for below poverty students and also provide financial aid/scholarships. If you score 8+ CGPA, then you become eligible for the merit cum scholarships also. Yes, I will say that our college fees is more than compared to north campus colleges of Delhi University. But, if you scored low marks in CUET and didn't expecting to get a north campus college, then, Shyam Lal College is a great choice!

I have scholarship for class10 ?10, 000 and my 1 year fee for college is 9,000 something and my 2 year fee for college is 13000approx. So my college fee is increase and i am general category student and i study in delhi university

- Teachers of my courses are good lots of garden are here and libraries with ac and lots of sockets so that we can charge our phones
- Library is good you can find any book of your course here
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not so good inside the room walls are not in good condition
- Canteen food is ok ok not very appealing but prices are affordable

Yearly fees is different for different for different courses Mine is 14,300 yearly and it is increased since last year . Our college's hostel is in construction still have no idea when it will be completed Few scholarships are available for students but only for the students with low family income
