Remarks

Need to give the CET exam, the procedure will be guided by the college & even the college helps to prepare for the entrance exam. The entrance exam will be an offline exam, it's MCQ type full of general knowledge and other mathematics.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was always having interested in marketing line so I thought this course will take me near to my goal. The faculties of our college were nice, they used to give alot of effort for making us knowledgeable. Terms exams used to happen within 6 months of the interval as per the MAKAUT guideline, and it was not difficult to pass

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 27000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I got an offer of sales as an intern in Shoppers Stop, it was 1 month of experience with a 5k stipend and a certificate. The experience was helpful for me. PPT presentations used to happen in our college both in group and individual form by which we got to learn to work in a group form and even as an individual.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure totally depends upon the semesters, per semester students need to pay the fees, this college fee is not expensive like other Colleges under MAKAUT university, the fees of this college are economical. The fee is 2700 for my course.

Campus Life

Most of the books of the courses are available in the library, even if students need some specific books the college arrangess it within a particular time by the request of the students. We were engaged with the sports & extracurricular activities with lots of events

Likelihood inside Rastraguru Surendranath college.

Placement Experience:

In our Bba course we can opt for campus placement from the 7 th semester. The companies that visit our college are like concentrix, TCS, Amazon, cognizant, Wipro and many more. The highest package offered was 5 lpa and the lowest was 1.5 lpa and the average package is 2 lpa. My plan after completing my degree and either to get a placement as soon as possible or if I can arrange enough funds I will do my MBA from a reputed institution.

My journey at DSMS

Placement Experience:

The college has great deals with corporate sector in order to provide placements to the students. However, the BBA students mostly gets oppyrtunity in sales department. Which is not always appealing for the students who doesn't have a interest in sales. So, just that need to be changed. Although, I am talking about 2019, hopefully this has changed now.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements after 4th semster TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, PWC, KPMG are the major recruiters and approx 10 offers made. The highest package was around 600000 offered by PWC students who apply for placements gets placed and records 100% placemnets. I was placed in TCS and currently work here
