Remarks

NMIMS University has a great reputation. The course is very well designed with a perfect blend of theory and practical application of statistics and applied fields. The location of the college is also very good which was another factor that led me to joining this institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very well designed with a good blend of theory and practical. We were taught a a lot many softwares during our course duration which added value to the theory being taught. The faculty is well equipped and very approachable.

Class Size: 29Course Fees: INR 375000 per year

Placement Experience

There is a placement committee at place,but not many companies were approached for my batch.The placement coordinator is also very helpful

College Events

There are a lot of extracurricular activities in the college apart from the academics. There's an intra college fest that's held every year by the students. There's an entrepreneurship cell at place which is again an initiative by the students of the college.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility for campus placements in Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS) typically starts from the pre-final year, which is usually the 6th semester. There are very named tech companies which visit to the college like TCS,WIPRO,etc. Average package offered is around 6 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed in placement drive is 90%.

I choose this course because it is very interesting course. Iam interested in this course. It is very easy to understand. There are two semesters in a year. All the facilities of our college is teaching well and understanding of the students are top of the bottom. Timing of the exam is around three hours. Extending time is not available.

Remarks:

It's a indeed a good college just have some problems of having two campuses and moving from one campus to another campus is very tidious during summers. And this college established in 1880s so there is some old buildings you can see too in campus.
